Often life is not easy, especially as you get older. Lucky for me, we have a gym where they have a coffee room, and all the veterans sit and chat. It is my salvation, as my husband is a 22 year veteran, of the Royal Air Force.
I get him coffee, and he chats with his friends, while I workout. Today I really put the zing in my workout, doing boxing, kickboxing, and jump rope. With every punch, and kick, I can feel the stress leaving my body.
What do you do for a stress reliever?

I do too, but have to keep stopping to take care of my husband, so need to get out of the house.
