I felt the Belle of the Ball on Friday evening, when we went to the Fraternal Order of Eagles for dancing. I was wearing the Meaneor Chiffon Handkerchief Tunic Dress.
When I put it on, I first loved the softness of the bodice of the dress. It feels so comfortable, and fits well. The reason being it has a little stretch in it. Having short sleeves, meant that I didn’t have to wear a stole, or cardigan with it. The skirt part of the dress is the ‘chiffon handkerchief’. It is set on a diagonally waistline, and just flows. It has 2 layers, and dips at both sides. There is a contrast in the gray colors from the top, to the bottom.
This makes for a really pretty dance, formal, and elegant dress that could easily be worn to a wedding.
It is made of 35% Polyester, 65% Cotton, and personally I would hand wash it, and hang to dry. This works for all my dresses that say gentle/hand wash/dry clean.
I went for the small size, and chose gray, as most of my dresses are black. It is a tunic dress, which means it can be worn as a tunic with jeans, or trousers. I personally love the flow of the dress, so wouldn’t want to wear anything, to take that away from it.
I wore the dress all evening, and it was as if I wasn’t wearing anything. I didn’t get hot, or cold. I had so many comments on how pretty it was, from many of my girlfriends that I dance with. Even my husband, that doesn’t say much about my clothes, told me that it suited me.
It comes in black, coffee, and gray. The sizing is small, medium, large, and X-large. Please see the website chart to ensure you get the correct size.
The Meaneor dress is reasonably priced at $25.99 if you have Amazon Prime.
I received this dress at a discounted price, and wrote my review after wearing it out, so that it would be honest.
