Vsecrety Motion Activated Bed Light, Flexible LED Strip Night Light with Automatic Shut Off Timer Sensor For Bedroom, Cabinet, Stairs

As we get older, we have to be more proactive, with safety in the home.  That is why I was so happy to receive the Vsecrety Motion Activated Bed Light, Flexible LED Strip Night Light with Automatic Shut Off Timer Sensor For Bedroom, Cabinet, Stairs.

We do have a motion sensor light in the en-suite bathroom, but still have to get out of bed to get there.

As you can see from the photos, everything you need comes in the package.  My husband, and I set it up.  It was every easy.  We positioned the sensor where his feet would land, and it comes on every time.  The lights go along the side of the bed.  It is a warm light, and because it is low down, doesn’t wake the other person up.

From the Amazon website: ‘Motion Activated — Built-in human body passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor light with automatic shut-off timer. Automatic Turn on and Shut off by human induction in the dark environment. Inductive range: 3.6m-5.0m (11.8feet-16.4feet), 120°-150°.

  • Timing Adjustment — Motion sensor Auto shut-off timer can be set from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Continue Trigger and System to keep the light on and automatic turn off within 30 secs – 10mins after leaving.’

We have ours on for the 30 seconds, as that is more than enough time to get to the bathroom, drawer the blinds, or put on a lamp.

This would be great for young children as well, giving them light when they need it.  It can be used in so many places, not just getting out of bed.

I am so happy with it, and it states that the LED can  last up to 10 years based on an average activation of 1 hour per day.  This is a must for every household.

I received mine at a discounted price, but for more information, you can check out the Amazon link below.

  1. This look wonderful, I get up nightly. Our cat is a jerk, I wonder if he’d set off the motion sensor.
