GLAREE Compression Foot Sleeves, Plantar Fasciitis Socks With Heel Arch Brace Ankle Support for Running Hiking Sports Men Women

Doing a lot of exercise, I have compression sleeves for elbow, knees, and my latest one is the Compression Foot Sleeves, GLAREE Plantar Fasciitis Socks With Heel Arch Brace Ankle Support for Running Hiking Sports Men Women.  I ordered the medium, which is for sizes 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5 in for Woman, and 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5 for men.

When I first tried them, I struggled to get them on.  They were extremely tight, and I take a size 8.  Once they were on for a short while, I didn’t even think about wearing them.

My feet are usually okay when I am boxing, and lifting weights, but sometimes doing Zumba they can do with a little help.  Today I wore them for my one hour advanced class.  I have to say how well they supported my ankles, and I had plenty of bounce in my step.

From the Amazon webpage:

‘ Relief of Heel Spur, Arch Pain, Foot Swelling & Injury, Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis.  Compression Foot Sleeve with Strong Ankle Brace Improve Blood Circulation, Reduce Muscle Fatigue.  Breathable Socks Eliminating Odor and Ballistic Nylon Make It Comfortable, Durable and Compact.’

I think that $7.95 is an excellent price to protect my ankles, and also support them.  They are made of high quality elastic, which is breathable, and is 75% Nylon, 25% Spandex. They are washable, and stay their original size.

I did receive mine for free, but feel they are extremely good value, and great for anyone with foot problems.
