I wanted the LEAN-XT Non Stimulant Fat Burner – Premium Fat Loss Ingredients Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Tea etc., not for weight loss, but to maintain lean muscle.

Yes, I do cardio 4 times a week, which are my Zumba classes, and dancing 3 evenings a week, but the rest of the time I am working on strength, for my muscles.  I feel really good about my arms, but still have areas that need work on them.  I work hard on all areas, and am hoping that this might help me.

I have only been taking the capsules for a few days now, so no major changes.  What I do like is that I don’t get any shaking/jitters that I have with some products containing caffeine.  My weight hasn’t changed, as I am still between 110 and 111 lbs.  My appetite has stayed the same, as I have always been a smaller eater.

I have started with 1 capsule a day, and plan to increase it to 2 a day, after a couple of weeks.


I did receive the Lean XT at a discounted price, and am still testing it, so plan on updating at a later date.




  1. I do look into every product before taking it, and checkout all the side effects. My one enjoyment in life is my boxing, lifting weights, Zumba, circuit training, and the machines in the gym. Being a caregiver I need to concentrate, on what makes me feel good.

  2. I am 69 and the fittest I have ever been. I have reversed severe osteoporosis, with the help of my doctor, trainer, and daily working out. My trainer is a nutritionist, and we are great friends as well as boxing together. I love the 4 gyms I go too, and walking the beach.
