They immediately sent me the Chef Remi Latest Instant Red Digital Cooking Thermometer, that comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. You certainly can’t beat that.
As with all their products, it works perfectly, and easy to use. Today I was making a pork loin casserole, and I got an instant reading from the thermometer.
