The Pathway Fitness Glute – Hip Circle Band, resistance, stretching band for Squats and Lunges is a perfect fitness band, for when I am on vacation. It folds so small that I can take it anyway with me.

How To Use Our Hip Resistance Band
Simply place the circle bands around your legs just above your knees. Make sure to keep your knees pushed out and always keep your back neutral. Feel as your hips and legs start to burn!’
I have tried the band, and it fits me really tight. I have the small, and weigh 110 lbs. It is really well made, and stays in place. I have used the instruction sheet that came with it, to try different exercises.
