I have been asked to do a 15 minute health, safety, fitness talk at a seminar.

Not only am I proud of my body, and what I have achieved at age 70, but also our Financial Advisor that we have been with for 20 years is impressed with my knowledge on the subject, and how much I help others at the gyms I belong to.

Therefore he would like me to talk, and also do a few demonstrations for his clientele.  The audience will be either my age, and up to 20 years older than me.

I want to tell them how I have reversed osteoporosis, but also safety around the house, and some of the simplest of exercises to get them moving.

I am so excited about it, as I already feel that I am an ambassador for my local gym.

This generation of seniors are not the sitting at home watching the television, knitting, with feet up.  We are an energetic, lively crowd.
