Boxing, Zumba, Lifting, Circuit Training, Flipping Tires, and Dancing.

These last 3 days have been fun, as are all my workouts.  Thursday I got to do circuit training for an hour, then an hour of Zumba.  After lunch I was with my trainer, and did boxing with a new trainer.  It was great, as we haven’t boxed together, and it is so different.  Then dancing for an hour and a half in the evening.

Yesterday, I walked with my girlfriend at the Mall as temperature rose to 90 degrees, then went to the gym with my husband, doing the weight machines.  Last night was 2 hours of dancing.

This morning, I did an hour of Zumba, followed by boxing, and flipping tires.  I was wearing a new T-Shirt that describes me perfectly.  Senior Who is Also a Boxer and Trains like a Beast T-Shirt.

I have only worn it once, so will wait to write a review on it.  It’s really comfortable.

I’m not just a SENIOR I’m a BOXER and I train like a Beast.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturday I do boxing at the gym.
