Tsumbay Bluetooth Headphones, Wireless Sports Earphones with Mic, IPX7 Waterproof, Richer Bass Stereo In-Ear Earphones Noise Cancelling Headsets Secure Fit for Gym Running Workout, 8-9 Hrs Playback

I am loving the Tsumbay Wireless Sports Earphones with Mic.  They come in a nice presentation box, with a User Manual, extra earbuds, USB cable, and a carrying porch.

They need to be charged before using, with the cable provided.  Then it is simple to pair them with your phone.  You have to be within 3 feet/1 meter to do this.  Once paired you are ready to use them.

I Love that they are waterproof, as I sweat so bad when boxing, and it doesn’t interfere with them.  You can also wear them in the shower.

The sound is excellent, and a really good bass.

I love the over the ear type of earphones, as they stay in place, don’t mess up my hair, and even if one fell out (which hasn’t happened yet), the other one stays in place.

Some technical information from the Amazon webpage:

– Bluetooth Specification: 4.1+EDR
– IPX7 Waterproof Rating
– Noise Reduction: CVC6.0
– Transmission Distance: 33ft
– Battery: Lithium-ion Polymer 100mAh
– Frequency Response: 20 -22kHz
– Charging Port: Micro USB
– Charging Time: about 2 Hours
– Playback Time: about 8 Hours
– Standby Time: 250h

I love wearing them when I am at the gym, and they look really sporty.  I did receive mine for free, and have tested them several days, before reviewing the Tsumbay Sports Earphones.

Another great boxing workout today.

As you know by now we hit the gym 7 days a week, 3 of which I go in the boxing room which isn’t air conditioned.  I live in Florida.  The video shows what I do for the first 5 minutes.  It is to give this 70 year old lady extra stamina.

My trainer had asked for 100 around 3 weeks ago.  I did 60, and then went back for 60 more.  The next day I did the 100.  The following week 200 at the start of my session, and 200 at the end.

This past week I have been doing 300, and feel that by next week I will be up to 400.  I push myself all the time, and if I can do it anyone can.

What are your fitness plans for today?

Hokonui Fitness Tracker, Activity Tracker with so much more, at a great price.

As I can average anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day, I always wear a fitness tracker.  The latest one is the Hokonui Fitness Tracker, that tracks running, distance, calories, steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep.

It comes with the instruction manual, which allows for an easy setup.  Just download the app on your phone, go to setting to make sure Bluetooth is on, and pair it.  You are all set to go.

I have been wearing mine for a few days now, and love that I can see all these features, as well as the time, day of the week, month, and year.  It looks smart, and has plenty of holes on the bracelet for any size wrist.  It is waterproof, and has a touch screen.  The fitness tracker can be used with either IOS or android.

There is so much information, and more to this product, that I am sharing this from the Amazon web-page:

This fitness tracker has so much more to offer than many ones of similar price.  This is a must if you are on a budget, at only $35.99.  I was fortunate enough to receive mine for free, but have been totally honest in my review of it.

Doctor’s offices, and Pharmacies love to give you the run around.

Following up on my article Panic attacks and anxiety can happen anytime in a person’s life.

The P.A. had told us that it might take a day or two for my husband’s medication to go through his insurance.  As I take the same pill just at night, I said to the P.A. that I am not saying this, but what strength, and how often will he need the pills.  He gave me the answer, knowing that my husband needed it immediately.

Wednesday was the appointment, by Friday morning, we still hadn’t got his prescription so I phone the pharmacy.  They told me the directions weren’t written up properly so were waiting on the doctor’s office.  I phoned them immediately, and they said that it would be taken care of.  Mid afternoon, I checked with the pharmacy, no, they were still waiting.  I called the doctor again, and so did the pharmacy.  At 4.45 and my doctor’s office closes at 5, and still nothing.  Again I phoned the doctor, and so did the pharmacy.  At 5.05 p.m. the doctor’s office phoned to say it had been sent through 3 times throughout the day.

At 6.30 I checked my emails, and there were 3 from Walgreens, saying 2 of Len’s meds were denied, and 1 accepted.  Yes, they had received all 3.  I had been stressed out all day because of stupidity.

The good thing is that they are working for him.  I am 4 short on mine now, but that’s another story.  I can’t take them back from his, as he will be short.

3 more products highly discounted.

Earlier this week I received 3 products from Amazon, they were: Body Merry Day and Night Eye Gel, Lebboulder Workout Gloves, and  PB Fitness Knee Support Elastic Compression Sleeve.

The Body Merry Eye Gel contains Vitamin C, silk proteins, natural Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C.  This helps with dark circles, fine lines, and puffiness.  I haven’t used it long enough to tell you how well it is working.

The Workout Gloves are really great.  The front of the knuckles, right to the wrist have protection.  They have gaps on the back of the hand for less sweating,  The gloves have a long wrist wrap, which is great for my right wrist, that has a titanium plate, steel rod, and 7 screws in it.  They are comfortable to wear, and protect the areas needed when lifting weights, and flipping tires.

The PB Fitness Knee Support Elastic Compression Sleeve is a must for my right knee.  I tore the meniscus about 18 months ago, and now I can’t twist the knee.  It keeps it in place, so that I can go back and forward, also side to side.

All in all, I am happy with these products.

Just had an Instant Pot delivered.

My girlfriend loves her Instant Pot, and keeps telling me how quickly food is cooked, it tastes great, and that I need one.  Also that I won’t be using my oven that often, here in Florida.

So on Tuesday I bought a 6 quart size Instant Pot.  The price had been reduced down from $79.95 to $49.  Over 3,200 of them have been sold on Amazon.

I will be reading up on it today, and as I already have a rotisserie chicken, I will probably try it out, tomorrow, or the weekend.  I am amazed that it cooks soup/broth, meat/stew, cake, egg, saute, rice, multigrain, porridge, steams, and slow cook.

I will write a review in the next week, or 2, and let you know how I get on with it.  So excited.

Panic attacks and anxiety can happen anytime in a person’s life.

I have had panic attacks and anxiety pretty much all of my life.  I remember in junior school, I was around 7 or 8, being in assembly with around 1,000 other children, and passing out.  I always had to sit on a chair at the end of my row.

I was on anxiety and depression medication in England during my first marriage.  I came off it, but it started up again once we came to America, and ran our restaurant.  My panic attacks were so bad that I could throw up, pass out, sweating, body shakes, and migraine headaches.  They could go on for days.

Over the years I have to learned the skills to deal with them, and my last one was 15 months ago.

Moving on, my husband is now getting them.  So today I have spent most of it at the doctor’s office with him, having several tests, and making an appointment for a councilor/therapist.  He has also started taking a second medication for it, and is very relaxed now.

He has another appointment with the doctor in 2 weeks times, and the therapist the week after.

If you need help, please seek it.  There isn’t a cure, but it can certainly be manageable.  I can tell you from personal experience.

These arrived today.

Now that Amazon are doing most of their own deliveries, it is really hard to determine delivery time, when you are away for a couple of days.

On purpose I didn’t order towards the later part of last week, as Prime delivery can be 2 or 3 days, so decided to either wait, or do the standard delivery so they would come Thursday or Friday.

Well of course half came yesterday, and the rest today.  They leave the parcels on the mat at the front door, for anyone to see them.

Luckily I have a neighbor that uses Amazon a lot, and several of their parcels have come to my address.  I told them that I wasn’t expecting anything while I was away, but if a parcel came on Monday, would they put it in the back area of my integral garage.  This they kindly did for me.

I am pleased to say that all are there in 3 boxes, which could have easily been packaged in one, to save them postage, and all that cardboard.  The times are a changing.20180724_172303

Caddy’s on the beach.

Today we had a long board meeting, and afterwards went to the timeshare to see how a project was coming along.  It was so much easier to see it, rather than on paper.

The time was getting on, and I knew that my husband needed to eat.  I still had most of my dinner left from yesterday, so only wanted something lite.20180723_132427

We haven’t been to Caddy’s on the beach in probably 8 years, so I drove down to Sunset beach.  I had the Pink Cadillac Seafood Chowder, @ $4.95, which was excellent.  My husband had the Pulled Pork Piled High sandwich @ $8.95.  He said that it tasted great, but I can remember sandwiches that were so full, that most of the meat fell out.  I expected the price to double over that period of time, but disappointed in the amount of meat.  It doesn’t come with fries or chips.

Going to have my last walk on the beach, tomorrow back to reality.

Unfortunately their website must have a broken link so can’t add it for you.

Returning to St. Petersburg beach after many years.

My favorite place to stay is Treasure Island beach, but as the children are on school holidays and everywhere is full

, we changed our plans to stay over in St. Pete’s.

I have been walking the beach, which isn’t as wide as Treasure Island, but still has beautiful white sand.  I walked pass the Don CeSar Hotel, which we call the Pink Palace, and then later past the circular building that we went to when we first came here.  I remember that the top is a circle, and rotated while we ate, and had champagne.  It is still there, and is now the Grand Plaza Hotel Beachfront Resort.

It’s really nice checking out places that I remember from 25 or more years ago.
