I received this knife sharpener a few days ago, and have used it before cutting pork. After sharpening the knife, it cut through the pork loin like butter.
It is a sturdy product, and doesn’t slip. It has 3 slots, and you pull your knife through each one, 3 times, to get a perfect blade.
Do this on a flat surface, and hold the handle, which is comfortable.
I even tried cutting frozen fruit, and it went through the easiest ever. That’s great, because I use it often on breakfast, and in whey protein shakes.
I am very happy with it, and won’t be throwing any knives away in the future.
