Today I met my girlfriend, who is back from visiting family in England. Instead of 3 laps around our small Mall, we did one slow one. I had iced, and elevated the knee before going out. We then went to Starbucks, and I had a decaffeinated coffee.
Came home, and had a protein bar, then went up to the gym. I did 20 minutes of upper body work, which was great. Now I am back to resting, and icing my knee again.
At the beginning of the week I made a great stew in the Instant Pot. It was a huge success, and only took 40 minutes on pressure. Really loving this pot, and disappointed that I didn’t take photos.
Shortly I am about to make a Shepherd’s Pie in it, and promise to take photos this time.
At least I don’t feel useless, not doing anything, like the past week. However, I am being extra careful, and making sure my knee continues to improve.
