Did half an hour of Zumba today.

My arms, and shoulders, can certainly feel the past 11 days of upper body workouts.  It was time for a change, and as my knee seems slightly better every day, I decided to go into the class.  I wear my light brace on my right knee, and then one of the rock solid ones over it.  This meant the I couldn’t move it.

I stepped from side to side, and did all the arm movements, but didn’t want to overdo it, so came out halfway through.  I really feel good about doing it, came home, elevated my leg and iced it.  It may only be 4,000 steps, but a lot better than recent days.
