Happy Thanksgiving if you live in America.

We really haven’t celebrated Thanksgiving before, as we are English, and have no family locally.

We are in Treasure island, and this is where we go to church. St. Alban’s is hosting a Thanksgiving meal for Foster children, and supervising adults. All parishioners are welcome to come, and bring a side dish. Turkey will be provided by the church.

We are attending this function, and looking forward to sitting at a table, spending time with the children.

A new experience for us. So what are your plans?

  1. Sounds like a wonderful way to spend your Thanksgiving at the function at St. Alban’s. We don’t celebrate it either being in the UK, but there are times I wish it was a tradition that spread over here. Happy Thanksgiving! πŸ™‚ xx
