We really haven’t celebrated Thanksgiving before, as we are English, and have no family locally.
We are in Treasure island, and this is where we go to church. St. Alban’s is hosting a Thanksgiving meal for Foster children, and supervising adults. All parishioners are welcome to come, and bring a side dish. Turkey will be provided by the church.
We are attending this function, and looking forward to sitting at a table, spending time with the children.
A new experience for us. So what are your plans?
Happy Thanksgiving! Staying home, and having a turkey dinner.

My son and his family are coming over to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. They plan to stay until Saturday so it will be a good family time. Happy Thanksgiving!

Sounds like a wonderful way to spend your Thanksgiving at the function at St. Alban’s. We don’t celebrate it either being in the UK, but there are times I wish it was a tradition that spread over here. Happy Thanksgiving! 🙂 xx

Happy Thanksgiving! I’m Italian, therefore it is a normal day for me and my family

THAT IS A GRACIOUS WAY TO HELP THE KIDS CELEBRATE—YOUR LOVING, JOYFUL PRESENCE THEY’LL ENJOY ALMOST MORE THAN THE FOOD.! MY WIFE AND I ATE OUR OWN WITHOUT GUESTS THIS YEAR…BUT ARE VERY THANKFUL!
