A walk in the park.

This morning I did 30 minutes boxing, then another 30 minutes working out, and cooling down.  We came home, had lunch, and hubby suggested a walk at the Preserves.

We park as close as we can to the boardwalk, and then my husband manages the walk to the shelter on the water, and take a breather.  I then change it up with fast, and slow walking up, and down the boardwalk.

Today we took some photos as I have a new phone, and wanted to see how it performed.  We then had a slow walk back.  I am so proud of my husband managing this with the neuropathy of the feet, and 4 chronic illnesses.  He did amazing.
