That’s what my trainer texted me, when I took the photos of my bruises. You may be wondering how I got them, as I do boxing with my trainer. Well his son does Muay thai kickboxing, and that’s what we did.
I don’t care that I am 71, as every day to me is a learning day. I had a heavy brace on my right knee, so did the kicking with my left, and used both arms, and elbows.
It was a lot of fun, and I can’t wait until next Thursday to do it again.
