Liverpool go top, Manchester City down to 2nd, Arsenal up to 4th, and Manchester United down to 5th place.

There were 2 games at 9.05 a.m. U.S. eastern time today, and both made a huge difference to the top of the Premier League table.

We got to see the Liverpool – Manchester United game live, and the Arsenal – Southampton score was going up in the corner of the screen.

With Liverpool getting 1 point for the 0 – 0 draw with United, they go on top.  Personally I think they should have won with 65% of the play, but you can never predict what will happen.

Arsenal beat Southampton 2 – 0,  with 62% of the play, so very happy with the 3 points.  They went above Manchester United.

I watched the game while standing on one foot, with the kettlebell on a band, and turning it in a circular movement, then changing feet.  After that exercise I was on the upside down Bosu ball, lifting hand weights, and the kettlebell.

What a great morning.
