Changing up the exercise routine

Last summer we would go down to our clubhouse, and play table tennis, or ping pong as it is called in the states.  During the darker winter months we didn’t play.

Yesterday, I had done Zumba, and some weight lifting, but still felt that I wanted to do more.  I suggested that we play table tennis.  I walked down to the clubhouse, and my husband drove, as he sometimes has difficulty getting to the end of the road.

It was so much fun, as the top is laid over a pool table, and the 3 low lights are above it.  The ball hits the lights, and goes flying in all directions.  Sometimes it double bounced, so we were there to have fun, and exercise.  We played for around 35 minutes, before coming home.

My steps were almost 20,000 yesterday, so a great workout day for me.  Am so proud of my husband moving around the table, and keeping the flow going
