I am really proud of myself, breaking in new dentures, eating well, and grueling workout routines too.
Thursday morning I got my dentures. They have stayed in since I had them, although friends suggested I take them out at night. I said that the only time they will be removed is to clean them.
lunchtime: protein shake with added fruit, and Spirulina.
dinnertime: mashed up spaghetti and meatballs.
dessert: Greek yogurt.
breakfast: oatmeal, a few raisins, half a banana, and fat free milk.
lunch: birthday meal for my girlfriend. white spinach queso with the middle of a slice of soft bread, a small amount of Texas cheese fries. I cut up 4 fries with only the cheese on them. A scoop of ice cream. Margareta to wash it down. My girlfriend can’t have a birthday without celebrating.
teatime: cup of cottage cheese.
lunch a protein shake with a whole banana, and Spirulina.
dinner: homemade Shepherd’s pie, 8 kinds of vegetables mashed. Lots of gravy to mash it all it. Dessert was custard with banana cooked in it. I haven’t had that since my childhood.
I am going to eat solid food, chopped if necessary. This morning I had my bran flakes, added a few raisons, thinly sliced banana with fat free milk.
For my main meal it will be chicken, so I will let you know how I get on.
