Yesterday was a 4 hour gym day, in 3 separate trips.
My first doing basic boxing training, and an hour on my own.
Early afternoon boxing with my trainer, where he totally gases me out.
Hubby had a meeting in the evening, so it was a choice of Starbucks, or 2 hours at the gym. As there was Zumba toning with weights, of course I did that.
This morning my shoulders, and hips know how much I worked out. I am at the gym now, but more stretching, and working my abs, as I want to be strong for my Mauy thai kickboxing this afternoon.
