A 68 year old women with lots of vigor.

Two and a half years ago I was loving the gym. l still am, and am amazed how my body has changed over this period of time. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸฅŠ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ƒ


Today is a boxing/kick boxing day for me.ย  Usually I would do it on a Sunday, but yesterday after doing a Zumba class thatย was 8,200 steps, I decided to do arms today.

We go to a gym where older people use in the mornings, and it is wonderful to see them working out.ย  They always say that I never sit down for coffee, or stop for a second, and wish that they had the vigor that I put into it.

I am a fanatic, and can onlyย  imagine missing a day at the gym, if I am walking instead.ย  There is no way on this earth that I will not workout, unless my husband is sick, or in hospital.

Do you love to make yourself feel, and look younger, in mind, and body?ย  I know I do.

  2. Many thanks for this ‘energizing’ post. About 6 months ago, I started cycling again. It was an effort at first and hills defeated me. But now I definitely feel the benefit of the hard work – hills still can stall me!
