Wednesday is double boxing, as I do my voluntary basic boxing class, as well as my session with my trainer. Thursday certainly isn’t a recovery day. Far from it, as I did 30 minutes of Body Combat, that was all punching, and kicking. I then spent 30 minutes cooling down, on the upside Bosu ball, as I hate treadmills. This is so much fun, as I bounce to the rhythm of the music.
Home to make a large protein shake, and then down to Load More Plate for my Muay Thai Kickboxing. After each set I punch, hook, upper cut for a minimum of 5 minutes straight. Yesterday I managed 7 minutes on my final set. Today I did 2, 6 minute gas outs, and not sure the time of the other one. This video was taken during my last set.
Then tonight it is dancing at the Eagles. You can’t put down this 71 year old women.
