Cherished memories.

When I am missing my family in England, instead of getting down, and depressed, I think of the memories that I cherish of them.

Being someone with anxiety, and panic disorder, you have to train your mind to do this, and it can be done.

This inspirational quote is one that I love, so wanted to share it with you.  Yes, we have some really bad ones, that I try and ignore, but the great ones keep me going.
