Changing up my workout routine.

As you know I love fun, and variety, in my workouts.  Monday is always boxing for me, so I did 30 minutes.  While I had my wraps on, I decided to attack all the arm machines, in the gym.

Usually I don’t do machines, and much prefer free weights, but decided to go a different route for the month of June.

After that I did a cooldown on the upside down Bosu ball, which is so much better than a boring treadmill.

Tonight dancing.

  1. Always do. Tomorrow, teaching boxing at one gym, then going to the one that won’t let me teach for free so hubby can sit with his friends. After a protein shake down to the 3rd for my boxing session with my trainer.
