As you know I love fun, and variety, in my workouts. Monday is always boxing for me, so I did 30 minutes. While I had my wraps on, I decided to attack all the arm machines, in the gym.
Usually I don’t do machines, and much prefer free weights, but decided to go a different route for the month of June.
After that I did a cooldown on the upside down Bosu ball, which is so much better than a boring treadmill.
