As soon as the Wales – Croatia game was over, and now Croatia are top of their group, we headed for the gym.
I like to do boxing/kickboxing on Saturdays, and Mondays at this gym, as Wednesdays I teach, have a session with my trainer, and Thursdays body combat, and Muay Thai kickboxing. So I did 30 minutes, and while I had my wraps on, I did a bunch of the upper body machine, also the abdomen ones.
By now I had drunk 20 fluid ounces of water, and decided to cool down on the upside down Bosu Ball. This is fun for me, as there is no way I could go on the treadmill. Way too boring for this bouncing/dancing old woman.
