As soon as the Wales – Croatia game was over, and now Croatia are top of their group, we headed for the gym.
I like to do boxing/kickboxing on Saturdays, and Mondays at this gym, as Wednesdays I teach, have a session with my trainer, and Thursdays body combat, and Muay Thai kickboxing. So I did 30 minutes, and while I had my wraps on, I did a bunch of the upper body machine, also the abdomen ones.
By now I had drunk 20 fluid ounces of water, and decided to cool down on the upside down Bosu Ball. This is fun for me, as there is no way I could go on the treadmill. Way too boring for this bouncing/dancing old woman.

I’m trying to get back into shape. I ran 4 miles today. I try to at least do 4 every other day, but I feel I need to work with weights as well. 🙂

I would do 4 hours some days. On a Thursday I do body combat at the first gym, Mauy thai kickboxing at the second one, and then dancing. Wednesday I teach boxing at first gym, go to the second gym where my hubby socializes while I workout, and then boxing with my trainer.

By changing it up, you work all your body. Add 1 or 2 lb. weights every other time you run. In your hands, not ankle ones.

You must be a very strong person. I can’t imagine myself doing all that😳. I have issue with consistency. I fluctuate and give up easily on exercise. You know, exercise everyday this week and then three months later. I’m greatly inspired to do what I can to improve.

I can tell you are very passionate about it and for that reason it’s very inspiring and interesting to read about. I also cannot go a day without doing some form of exercise. I normally alternate days between yoga, jogging and other cardio. Have a wonderful day!

I am not much of a treadmill fan myself so I stick with brisk morning walks of about 4 miles in an hour along with biking indoors for about 6.5 miles in 20 minutes.
