Now hubby has to have surgery.

Minutes ago I received a phone call from hubby’s electro-cardiologist’s office, to say that 1% of defibrillators have a battery that goes dead.  He has to be one of them.  So he will have surgery in the same area, take out the battery, and replace it with a new one.  The surgery will take approximately 4 hours.

I said that I know it needs to be done a.s.a.p., because it has gone off, and saved his life.  Now just isn’t a good time, but when it rains, it pours, as the saying goes.

We now have to wait for the day, time, and place.
