Having been told to gradually start, and increase my workouts, I really have been a good girl. I decided to use the upper body machines.
Instead of doing anywhere from 40 to 70 lbs., I did 20 and 30. I only did 2 sets, and not my usual 3. I rested in between, and just did 15 minutes. After that I did some walking, and balancing on the upside down Bosu ball.
Yes, it really is starting to feel good, even through my body still feels weak. I am not planning on boxing until Wednesday of next week. That will give me 2 full weeks of recovery.
