Slowly getting back into my exercise.

Having been told to gradually start, and increase my workouts, I really have been a good girl.  I decided to use the upper body machines.

Instead of doing anywhere from 40 to 70 lbs., I did 20 and 30.  I only did 2 sets, and not my usual 3.  I rested in between, and just did 15 minutes.  After that I did some walking, and balancing on the upside down Bosu ball.

Yes, it really is starting to feel good, even through my body still feels weak.  I am not planning on boxing until Wednesday of next week.  That will give me 2 full weeks of recovery.



  1. Wow, you really do just jump in after all you’ve been through, you’re one impressive lady! Starting slowly and building up is a good idea so you don’t overwhelm your body while it’s still healing. xx

  2. Hi Susie! It is so good to see that you are doing better now! Thank GOD for that, I feel that if you were not taking care of yourself you would not heal as well as you are doing right now. Stay blessed and take it slow as you are doing with the exercising!
