After watching Netherlands thrash Italy in their game, it was time for the Germany – Sweden match.  I so wanted Sweden to win, but figured the might of Germany would prevail.  That was not the case, and to my sheer delight Sweden won 2 – 1.

On Tuesday we will have England – USA.  Wednesday Netherlands – Sweden.

I would love to see England and Netherlands in the final, but if it isn’t to be, I am happy with any one of these 4 teams being Champions.  They all deserve it.
