I am so glad that the month of June is over. Surgery for me, and then hubby, was no fun.
His bandages are now off, and he only has the Dermabond that is sterile, to protect the wound. It will naturally fall off in 7 to 10 days from the date of the surgery.
Now his bruising it coming out, and I am sure it will spread, and get darker. The areas are were the Pacemaker/Defibrillator are, and underneath his arm.
For 2 nights I was giving him pain meds during the night, so last night I added one to his 10 p.m. meds. It worked fine, as I had my first good night’s sleep, since Wednesday.
It is a glorious day.

In the first 11 days of mine I was so weak from not being able to eat a lot, that I am glad hubby’s was 16 days after mine.
