My trainer at Load More Plate, is the best. I did my boxing on Wednesday, and as they were closed yesterday, managed to fit me in today, for Muay Thai kickboxing.
So I drove us down to the regular gym, and did around 25 minutes of stretching, and bouncing on the upside down Bosu ball. Left hubby there to have coffee, and chat with fellow Veterans, and went for my kickboxing session.
It always feels amazing, and I totally spend all my energy in this workout. The sweat was in my eyes, the back of my hair, and in my clothing.
I then went back to the gym, and we have just driven home. This afternoon I am meeting up with my girlfriend, going to a mall, purely to walk. We never look in any of the stores, but do get a decaffeinated coffee with caramel, to bring home.
