Using twice the amount of calories doing this!

I decided to do my boxing, bouncing on the upside down Bosu ball.  I would punch for 2 minutes, and then take a minute break.  I tried to take a selfie video of this, but no way could I make it work.

Luckily Steve at the gym came passed me.  He worksout every day too, so I asked him to do a 10 second video of me.  It came out perfect.
