Two amazing training days at the gym.

Yesterday I was with my lovely senior ladies boxing at Top Brothers USA.  One of the owners joined in the session, which gave me such pleasure.  From there we headed down to the gym, where hubby can hang out with friends, and have coffee.  That’s good because he has been having trouble with his legs giving out, so I didn’t want him to do any work.

A quick drive home, and a protein shake with added nuts, and fruit, and then down to Load More Plate.  Another amazing boxing training session for me, with Ryan’s son, Jake.

Today I stayed longer in the Body Combat class, and did either 217, or 270 extra kicks.  Not sure which the trainer said.  Then around 40 minutes on the upside down Bosu ball.  Home, and repeat yesterday’s lunch.

Then is was Muay Thai kickboxing, and we did more difficult combinations, followed by 20 minutes solid, of punches, and hooks.

I can’t tell you how great I feel, body, soul, and mind.  I am elated.  I certainly get my 30 minutes of a complete workout.


  1. Long story short. I had severe osteoporosis at age 50. 18 years of weight bearing exercise and calcium supplements. Totally reversed it. That’s why I workout 7 days a week and volunteer my time to work with seniors like myself 🥊🥊🏋️‍♀️💪💃🤸‍♀️
