Thursday is always a great workout for me. I start off with stretching at home.
Then it’s to the Body combat class. I can only do the first half, with my knee strapped as it is an intense workout.
I then leave the class, as they get down on the floor to do pushups etc. I won’t put my knee under pressure, as it is Mauy thai kickboxing an hour and a half later.
Then hopefully tonight an hour or so dancing if hubby is up to it. I do the slow ones with him, and dance with the ladies. I am great at being the lead for waltzes, polka, and cha chas.
