I don’t want to write about the Arsenal match.

Hubby is an Arsenal fan, and I love all the London, and southern teams.  I was elated with the results of the 7.30 a.m., and the 10.00 a.m. matches shown on American television.

We came home from the gym, got lunch, and settled to watch Liverpool against Arsenal.  Right from the start I couldn’t watch it.  I know they have new players, but doesn’t every team?  They have no excuses.

I haven’t got a good word for their performance, apart from a little more effort, for the last ten minutes of the game.

Liverpool won 3 – 1, and totally deserved it.  They are still top of the league, and Arsenal are second until tomorrow, when we have 3 more matches.  Manchester City, and Tottenham both can go above Arsenal.

  1. I’m glad you were happy with most of the results. As a Norwich supporter, I wasn’t exactly delighted with the result of the 7:30 match. But it wasn’t a surprise, and given how Chelsea dominated the second half, they were deserving.

PS I studied abroad in Norwich, England. Hence my Norwich loyalties.
