Boxing makes us stronger.

For some reason this one posted, had 1 like, and then went back into drafts.

This morning I worked with 2 of my ladies, and we had a great session. My stronger of the 2 ladies, that has been with me for awhile gassed out at the end for 3 minutes. I have been upping it 30 seconds at a time. My other lady who has only been with me a short while had done 30 seconds, and today did a full minute.

I don’t have to tell these ladies that they are getting stronger all the time. They tell me, because they hit harder, get less winded, and sweat more. I love it.

I had my boxing at 1 p.m. with Jake, at Load More Plate, and my left shoulder has been painful. He knows that I block it out, and work my body to the fullest. We did 10 minutes of combinations, and then 20 minutes of gasing out. I concentrated on the middle of his body suit for the punches, and hit my hardest. The hooks come easy, but the continual punching at a good pace, and strength it takes, really leaves me with nothing left in me.

The video I took was as soon as I got home. All my clothing has to come off, as there isn’t an inch of me that isn’t covered in sweat.

I am so proud of myself never thinking about what I am doing, and will continue to be this fighting machine.

Ladies, if you get a chance, you need to at least give it a try.
