Hurricane Dorian has finally picked up speed.

I am so relieved that Hurricane Dorian is moving at 8 mph, and heading away from the Bahamas.

As predicted, it is staying offshore today, and making life a little easier for Floridians.  By this time tomorrow we should have all the outer bands moving away from us, and beautiful weather for the rest of the week.

The above photo is our weather forecast for the next 10 days.  Much better than our rainy season weather.  It will also allow the ground to start drying out, after all the heavy rain, we have been getting.

Now thinking about the north/east of Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
