Yesterday I didn’t get to do my Mauy Thai Kickingboxing, so my trainer kindly fitted me in this morning.
I left the house at 9.30, and had a really good training session with Jake. From there, I came home and picked up hubby, and back to our other gym. I was there in time for the second half of Zumba. I went in with a red face, and sweating, so our instructor said ‘You made it’. I told the class what I had been doing.
Afterwards, I went on the upside down Bosu ball for 20 minutes before heading home. Friday afternoons I get to walk the mall with my girlfriend. I am showing 12,000 steps, and that is without the ones for kickboxing, and Zumba, so a pretty good day.
Thursdays I usually only do half of the body combat class, as that it the time they do pushups. With my right knee problems I leave the class. I was checking my phone when I walked out, and had the message that my kickboxing would be Friday. So I went back into the Body Combat class, and did the rest of the punches, kicks, and cardio. I left before they got back down on the mats.
A great 3 days, boxing, body combat, kickboxing, Zumba, and dancing last night.
