Hubby was ready to go to the gym just after halftime in the Bournemouth – Everton match. It was 1 – 1 when we left, and 3 – 1 to Bournemouth when we arrived at the gym.
They always give me the remote, to change the channel, and I ended up yelling at hubby that Bournemouth Had scored another 2 in the 15 minutes it took to get there.
I watched the rest of the match on the treadmill, with the incline on 5, 10, and 15. Then reserving it. Yesterday I had done the weights while walking.
I then went into the Zumba class, and did the final 30 minutes. From here I asked hubby if he wanted to go home. It would mean we missed the first 10 – 15 minutes of the game. Yes, as he really couldn’t see the television from the social area, so we drove home.
The score was still 0 – 0. We got to see Aubameyang score in the 21st, and 32nd minutes. We were so excited. The second half just went downhill for Arsenal, and I couldn’t watch the match. Yes, I was listening, and getting frustrated as Watford scored twice to equalize.
Arsenal were bloody lucky to end up with a draw, as Watford had 31 total shots, and Arsenal just 7.
So we went out for a burger. I leave my bun, and just eat the burger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and lite mayo. From here we went to Super Wal-Mart for our 3 monthly visit. It’s to pick up hubby’s insulin. It is the only place where his insurance has no co-payment for it.
I picked him up some treats, like no sugar added pies (half the price of other stores), and Greek yogurts for me. Yes, I did get myself one little treat from the bakery, but it was so sweet, it will take me days to eat a single serving.
Eating healthy . . . Good for you Susie. Walmart offers me a good price on my meds, too.

I could hear the Bournemouth crowd cheering when I was gardening! The ground must be a good mile away.

I found a new yogurt I fell in love with. Walmart has it. Look for YQ/PROTEIN yogurt by Yoplait. Under the name they advertise “More Protein, Less Sugar”. They’re delicious, and not too pricey.
