This morning I asked hubby if there were any football matches on. We have been watching European games most afternoons, and thoroughly enjoying them. He told me there wasn’t, so I didn’t check.
We went to the gym, where I did part of the Body Combat class, came home for a protein shake, and to start the laundry. Then off to my Muay Thai Kickboxing session.
From here I did food shopping. When home I put it away, and then decided to check my phone. I saw that Arsenal were beating Frankfurt, and immediately asked hubby to put in on the television. They were shaking hands. It was the end of the match.
We have watched them play some very average football this season, and I was disappointed to have missed the entire match. I could have been home for the second half.
So now we are watching Manchester United against Astana, in Spanish. So many of the European matches aren’t in English, but as I keep up with the games, I don’t have a problem following it, and enjoying the match.
From now on, I am going to check Spectrum cable, and the ESPN+ channel. This way I won’t miss a match that I could have been jumping up, and down, for joy. Screaming too.
Man United match 0 – 0 coming up for halftime.

Our son lives just a few blocks away from the Emirates stadium. He is not an Arsenal fan however. He supports Leeds and Celtic.
