This is a photo of my ladies after their boxing class. They had done a full 30 minutes of all the basic moves twice, and then I had them do a gassing out session. They did an extra 30 seconds on top of the normal amount of time.
One of my ladies went to stop at her normal time, and I said to carry on. When I counted down for her, she said that she could have gone another half a minute.
I love that they are thinking like me, know that they can psh a little further, and get stronger.
So proud of my class.
