Today’s breakfast.

Yesterday we had a birthday meal, tonight it will be cake, and tomorrow an anniversary meal.  Therefore healthy eating for breakfast today.

I eat Greek yogurt at least once a day, and have a protein shake after my workout.  When it comes to special events, and vacations I eat whatever I fancy, but balance it out with food like this.

So it’s party night tonight.  I will try and post some photos later.
