Zumba, weights, and boxing today.

As we had blood work this morning, it was a quick breakfast sandwich, and then to the gym.

First off it was an hour of Zumba.  It was our instructor’s 3rd anniversary, so a really fun time.

Afterward I went on 3 of my favorite arm machines, as I had done abs yesterday.  I change the weights up, and down on each set of reps.

This afternoon I got a new pair of boxing gloves, that were highly discounted, and I couldn’t wait to try them.  Hence the boxing at home.

So today was a triple workout.  My health app states, 159 minutes of working out. 1,572 calories, and 3.17 miles of walking.
