So last time we were at Treasure Island I took my girlfriend to the gym, and went through very basic stretching, hand weights, stepper, ball, Bosu, and the rowing machine.
Yesterday we went again, and we did all of the above, and then I showed her the machines that were most suitable. She only did 10 lb weights with them, as the last thing I want for, her is to get an injury.
I will be back down here for Thanksgiving week, and will hopefully get her in a routine, that she will be able to follow.
I did manage to use heavier weights while working with her, and I also to work my abs.
Of course I am walking 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day as well. Life is beautiful.
