I have really been pushing myself this week to achieve even greater workouts.
Saturday was boxing, and weight machines, followed by a cool down on the upside down Bosu Ball.
Sunday was an hour Zumba class, followed by an ab workout.
Monday was 30 minutes boxing, and again 30 minutes on the arm machines. I increased my weight by 5 – 10 – and 15 lbs, depending on the machines. Some you can only go from 55 to 65 lbs.
Tuesday was Zumba class, and the really upbeat one from Marlene. We do a lot of strength movements in the dances.
Wednesday I taught my boxing class, then went on arm, and ab machines for 40 minutes. Then to my trainer for a 30 minute boxing session.
Thursday I did 30 minutes body combat, 30 minutes on ab machines, and then my Muay Thai kickboxing with my trainer. That was a killer of a workout.
Today I got to the gym early, to do more weights, followed my an hour Zumba class.
Tomorrow we are off to Treasure Island beach, so I wanted to do as much upper body as possible. I know cardio with be fine at the beach. What else do I do but walk in the water’s edge!
