I wrote a post awhile ago about a homeless man, and his dog, always being outside supermarkets. I bought him food once before, and he took it, and asked about coke. I said that the next person can get that for you, as I had bought him what he wanted.
The weather has been colder, here in Florida, and he was well wrapped up, but not his dog. So when in the store, I picked up some dry dog treats, as I don’t want the dog to be hungry.
When I gave them to him, he did say ‘Thank you’ this time, and asked for money for himself. I said that I had taken care of his dog.
I will continue buying for the dog, but if only he would accept what is given to him, then I am sure he would get more. Silly old sod, as we say in England.
