2 great days of working out.

I love my Wednesdays, and Thursdays, even though they are hectic.

I always love my boxing class on Wednesday, and pleased to say that one of my ladies that has been busy, came back hitting harder than ever.  Then it was to the second gym, where I was doing the ab machines.  Left hubby there, while I went to my trainer’s gym, and killed the boxing session.

Yesterday we had a really young lady doing Body Combat, and did she push us.  I don’t complete the whole hour, because I then go onto my Muay Thai Kickboxing session with my trainer.  That wasn’t the end of my exercise, as we got to go dancing last night.  The ladies dance together, so I got 3 workouts each day.

Yes, that’s my Wednesday, and Thursday regular workouts.

Now off to Zumba class.
